SEN Information Report
All elements of our SEND Report and Local Offer are outlined as when Covid restrictions were not in place.
We will endeavour to provide support to families through virtual platforms. All meetings will be conducted via MSTeams and the parents will have the opportunity to share views and experiences with teachers and the Inclusion Team. Where external agencies are working with a child, some of these appointments are happening in school and other agencies are still operating a virtual appointment system. This is being assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Where children have an EHCP, support will be provided through a key adult. This adult will liaise with other key staff to ensure the most appropriate support is provided.
The school is currently operating a bubble system and each class is kept separate from others during the school day. This means that activities such as lunch clubs, sensory circuits and group interventions before or during school time are unable to happen. We hope to resume this as soon as possible.
Additional support is being provided in classes to support the catch up of all children.
Please contact the school office, who will signpost you to the Inclusion Team, with any questions.
