Q. Will there be sharing of teachers?
Staffing across a MAT will often be shared to provide expertise in another school where it has a specific need.
In all decisions taken to share staffing, the best interests of the children in each of the 'effected' schools will be considered and risk assessed.
If it is decided that the sharing would have a detrimental effect on either schools, then an alternative would be considered.
Staffing across the Trust will be flexible and will allow for staff to request a move to another school in order to support their own career development or to build capacity within another Trust school.
